This position reports toBusiness Manager - Portfolio
Your role and responsibilitiesManage inquiries, orders, deliveries, invoicing related to spare parts.
Identify parts (when needed with the help of suppliers, local & global technical people) and provide customers with prompt and reliable answers to their spare part enquiries.
Prepare and follow up on spare parts quotations.
Insert customers' orders into SAP complying to all relevant internal processes, local and global policies & procedures.
Monitor the delivery status and make sure the customer expectations with regards to parts delivery are met.
Follow up on unpaid invoices and resolve any issue to allow their payment.
Understand the Life Cycle Managements (LCM) of Robotics.
Provide outstanding service and satisfaction at every customer touch point.
Qualifications for the rolePreferably 2 years of experience in the role.Excellent knowledge of Office Package (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be considered a plus.An agile and proactive approach, with quick learning abilities and attention to details.A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.More about usWe look forward to receiving your application.
