To support our team at the Cernusco sul Naviglio location, we are therefore looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist who will be a reliable support for our B2B customers.
Your Tasks You will be the first point of contact for our customers, warmly receiving their inquiries and assisting with quick problem resolution.
You will be in close contact with various stakeholders in the company (Sales, Production, Logistics).
You will enter customer orders into the system and monitor their processing status.
You will handle requests for product samples from potential and existing customers and ensure their timely dispatch.
You will also take on other back-office activities, such as invoice verification or inventory management.
Your Profile You enjoy a diverse and varied range of tasks.
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Customer Service within the B2B sector (trade or industry preferred).
Even in stressful situations, you remain calm, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.
You are interested in familiarizing yourself with our diverse product portfolio.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
You are a team player with excellent communication skills in Italian and English, and you take a proactive approach to your responsibilities.
