The Customer Service Partner processes Customer Orders acting as a key link between Production, Planning, Distribution, Sales and Marketing functions ensuring the correct, timely and accurate information flow between these parties all over the business locations.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, Sales team, Planning team and the warehouse staff.
Why do we need you?
To use your attention to detail to receive and process Customer orders (and arrange for product manufacture).
To oversee all functions from the point at which an order is received until the Customer has received satisfaction.
To use your communication skills to interact with Customers and/or Account Managers on matters concerning placed orders.
To negotiate with Production for availability of goods and communicate the outcome.
To use your initiative to expedite late orders and the communication of this information.
To act as a central communication medium between Sales/Logistic and other relevant departments of Sealed Air.
**To manage extra activities**: Claims Management, New Material Creation/Extension/Modification, New Customer Master Creation/Extension/Modification, Certificates and Product Sheets management, Welcome calls, SAP reports, E-Business.
To prepare and send out Reports to Sales on regular basis.
Qualifications:
Ability to liaise, influence and coordinate across functions and countries.
Good English
Able to work well within a team but also able to act individually to resolve matters.
Enthusiastic and customer focused with accurate data entry and computer skills.
Pleasant professional telephone manner and an ability to relate well with people at all levels in the organization.
At least 1-3-year experience in Customer Service
Knowledge of SAP system is a plus
