**Your role**
As Customer Satisfaction Analyst, you will be leading 2 major activities:
Support resolution of product quality/process/diagnoistic problems
- On-site presence to assist Customers with Product Quality Problems
- Provide accurate and timely information on Quality issues to Aptiv plant
- Issue Customer Problem/Customer Incident/Activity Reports
- Analyse performance data & review with the Customer
- Conduct "First Level" investigation on customer rejected product including packaging/haldling
- Support customer product & process changes on Aptiv products
Monitor quality process
- On-site presence or regularly scheduled pro-active Customer visits
- Review packaging, handling & installation of Aptiv material at Customer site
- Assist in planning & supporting "Start-up" activities
- Support Aptiv product & process changes at Customers premises
- Assist in developing Customer training requirements
- Maintain good working relationship with the Customer
- Understand Customer Supplier Quality Requirements
**Your background**:
- Technical degree in Quality,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Quality System
- Computer skills
- Good knowledge of English language
- Willing to travel to customer site & Aptiv plants
