YOUR TASKS AS WARRANTY ENGINEER Coordinates the entire warranty claims process, including receiving warranty-related information, requesting parts return, conducting analysis based on customer requirements, and participating in customer meetings to present warranty reports;Willing to travel internationally for 30% to 50% of working time (1-2 weeks per month);Actively participates in the warranty escalation process initiated by customers, prepares claims analysis, and manages the de-escalation process;Supports data collection from customers and customer portals for warranty reporting processes;Capable of uploading information to customer portals in the required format;Warranty data statistical analysis and trend prediction;Customer warranty Contracts review;Responsible for investigating claimed parts and fulfilling 8D report requirements. YOUR TASKS AS CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER Ensure the updating and development of the system for the management of data on the quality of products, providing periodic summaries of information to all functions;Ensure the customer complaint management: communicating within the working group the issues, promoting the analysis to identify the root causes and the definition of corrective actions to be taken in teams, test them in the field to monitor the behavior of the product in the application;Communicate reasoned answers to the customer with reports;Check and ensure the implementation and updating of action plans in response to complaints, customer visits, audits, etc;When necessary and/or appropriate carry out qualitative checks on the material during the different process steps in cooperation and with the support of quality inspectors to ensure the maintenance of customer requirements;Develop and provide statistical data on the costs of not External Quality (PPM, IP/E, select costs, claims statistics, etc.);Support Plant Quality in defining controls in production of finished products, semi-finished products and materials;Manage customer's PPAP during project: preparation of PPAP documentation specific according to each customer's requirements, using portals;Manage customer's visits and Audit (system audit, VDA audit, IATF audit). Ensure the implementation and updating of action plan in response to this;Promote and implement the system of continuous improvement through actions/projects aimed at improving the corporate indexes according to the guidelines and corporate standard. Your Qualifications: Technical University Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in a similar position;Good knowledge of quality tools or methods;Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; Functional Area: Operations
