**We are looking for a Customer quality and quality inspector**
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- To analyze and manage customer returns by identifying the reasons for the defect and the actions to take to prevent it from happening again.
- To draw up and send responses to Customer NCs using the agreed forms.
- To communicate to the production any evidence found in customer return analysis and to implement and to verify corrective and containment actions.
- To draws up and manage Quality Alert documentation, Lesson Learned charts, selection and rework instructions.
- To carry out quality checks in production and on incoming goods.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:
**Minimum Required Education**: Mechanical High School
**Preferred Education**: Engineering degree
**Experience**: 3+ years in a similar position, preferred if in the automotive sector
**Software**: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) and use of ERP SW
**Critical Competencies**: Quality tools knowledge.
8D Reporting, 5W Analysis Systems, Ishikawa Strong mechanical and relationship skills
**LANGUAGES**:
- English required, German and/or French (preferred)
