Job Responsibilities**:
INVENTORY MOVEMENTS AND STOCK VALORIZATION:
- Supervise daily all stock movements and ensure all systems are updated and data are properly reconciled;
- Ensure stock in transit is properly monitored and confirmed on a weekly basis;
- Ensure all merchandise flows are correctly invoiced and booked;
- Ensure correctness of inventory data in terms of quantities and value.
END OF MONTH CLOSING AND FORECASTS:
- Ensure the standard gross margin is properly calculated and provides monthly analysis to Eu management control;
- Ensure that the depreciation policy is properly applied and provide monthly analysis to Eu management control and delta analysis vs last forecast assumptions;
- Monitor and advice on the inventory depletion program and provide variance analysis vs actuals.
REPORTS AND CONTROLS:
- Provides monthly reporting on inventory quality by season and by product category;
- Controls monthly proper stock allocation to stores and outlets based on inventory flags;
Produce on a monthly basis a set of reports related to inventory transactions (stock adjustments, destruction/defectives, stock valorization, pending vouchers, negatives etc).
**Profile**:
- 3/4 years of experience in Inventory Controlling;
- very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel;
- The knowledge of Stealth and OBIEE will be considered a plus
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good relationships skills, social intelligence and teamwork;
- Good organisation, problem solving and analytical skills.
