What will you do?
Execute Customer project portfolio in full compliance with the Company process (from project transfer from tendering up to project close-out) to ensure the project on-time delivery working in coordination with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Engineering department, Sales teams, Project Buyers Organize & plan the project, monitor and control progresses Review technical specification and take decisions on technical comments raised by the customer Manage Variation Order & Claim process Manage proactively Risks & Opportunities that could impact the project Drive customer relationship during all the project execution Manage the FAT event Be accountable of Customer Satisfaction and Project deviation during execution Ensure full & effective reporting of project progress & status to management Communicate effectively with the project team and the other departments of the plant Optimise performance through lessons learned during project closing reviews.
