Your fellow frogs will rely on you to:Participate in projects in marketing, sales, customer service, commerce. You will be working in multidisciplinary teams to support clients in optimising processes, operating models and customer journey by guiding them through the digital roadmap and transformation journeySupport our clients in implementing their omni-channel solutions to effectively manage their interactions with their end customers in all sectorsAnalyse, design and implement conversational or automation models leveraging leading artificial intelligence solutions (including Generative AI)Identify the most suitable technologies and tools, such as CRM, CPQ, Marketing Automation and design the digital roadmap for the effective implementation of commerce modelsWe want you to have:A Master's degree in Marketing and Communication2 or more years of experience in the implementation of marketing, media, customer sales service, e-commerce projects;Experience and knowledge of Customer and User ExperienceExperience in Agile methodologyExcellent knowledge of both written and spoken EnglishAffinity with frog's values, and a passion for creating content that meet people needs and brand goalsEqual Opportunities at frogfrog is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
