Job Summary:For our further expansion of our Sales team in Italy we are looking for a
Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d)These are your tasks:Support of the sales process and customer service for national as well as international existing customers in the testing, inspection and certification (TIC) areaIndependent processing of customer inquiries incl. preparation of proposals and tracking of open quotations until receipt of orderRecording and maintaining accurate and complete customer master data in the CRM systemAssist in achieving company goals and increasing revenuesProactively market CSA's portfolio of services to existing customers in collaboration with the marketing teamOccasional client/trade show visits and involvement in client eventsWe expect:Completed commercial or technical vocational training, technical business management or completed studies in the field of marketing/sales or comparable1-5 years of relevant work experience desirableKnowledge of Salesforce and Workday is an advantageKnowledge of the testing and certification industry is an advantageVery good knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken)Very good customer service skills, high service orientation and communication skillsDetail orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneouslyIndependent and result-oriented way of workingWhat we offer:An interesting and varied job in the sales area to support the continuous growth of CSA GroupFunction as internal sales and customer contact for all commercial-related topicsPossibility of mobile working and flexible working hoursFitness & Health Program for a relaxed balance to the daily work routineCompany pension planPermanent direct employment and a future-proof jobPlease send us your CV in English.
