Chorus Call, Inc is a leader in worldwide audio and video conferencing, offering a full range of audio and video multipoint teleconferencing services to the international market. Satellite locations include Switzerland, Italy, South Africa, Greece, Australia, Canada, Germany and India.
Chorus Call seeks an individual on an intermittent basis to manage virtual meetings, process reservations, and provide customer service. Full-time hours will be required during peak seasons, which occur in specific weeks of January – February, April – May, July – August, and October – November. Work may also be available during non-peak seasons.
ResponsibilitiesSetting up and managing virtual meetingsProcessing customer reservations and inquiriesWorking with satellite offices to coordinate high profile eventsEstablishing a good rapport with customersHandling customer service requestsParticipating in customer-focused teamsCross training in other departmentsRequirementsBachelor's DegreeGood phone presenceExcellent verbal/English skillsGood interpersonal and organizational skillsCustomer service / call center / help desk experience preferredPC/Windows basic skills requiredKnowledge of a second language [Spanish or Portuguese] a plusWe offer competitive wages and an excellent benefits package.
