As the Country Manager for Italy at ESN (f/m/d), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic direction for the Italian market, ensuring that our initiatives align with the company's growth objectives and position ESN for long-term success in the region.
Please note that for this role, it is essential to be based in Italy and to bring a certain willingness to travel to our other locations when necessary.
Responsibilities Responsibility for cross-channel country strategy and growth, starting in Italy (e.g. strategy, marketing, sales, operations...)
Exemplary project: Developing and executing the go-to market strategy for the local market, PMO, organizing local events, improving UX/UI, optimizing cross-departmental processes of all kinds, implementing tools, translation.
Constantly questioning the status quo, prioritizing identified action areas, rapid implementation of quick wins as well as larger projects.
Close collaboration and communication with the management team, related executives and all departments.
Preparation of business plans, ad hoc analyses and repetitive reports.
Your experience & skills Multiple years of experience in a fast-paced environment, e.g. in a consulting firm, in strategy and/or business development or in a start-up environment.
Knowledge of the local market (Italy).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a hands-on attitude with a focus on rapid execution.
Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a high passion to make a difference and a high tolerance for ambiguity, as well as a strong interest in working in an agile, high performing team.
Strong identification with the brand ESN and our products.
Fluency in Italian (native level) and English.
