For our Milan office, we are in fact looking for a bright and ambitious Trainee lawyer with basic experience in Corporate and MAs.The ideal candidate should have:Excellent academic results;Excellent knowledge of the English language (both written and oral);Previous working experience in mergers and acquisitions, preferably acquired at International Law Firms.The successful candidate should also:Have outstanding analytical and organisational skills;Be a self-motivated and flexible team-player with high motivation.
