CCH Tagetik is seeking a passionate and organized Content Analyst to work in the product content management team, part of the Knowledge Management (KM) team.
KM team is responsible of all training and functional enablement, user guide and technical product documentation.
In this role, you will play a fundamental part in:
- Managing, monitoring, and evolving the Jira implementation for the content development process- Acting as a liaise and point of reference for internal and external stakeholders- Supporting Content Manager on all platform and tools used by content team- Acting as a back-up for Content Manager if required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Content Development Process Administrator (Jira).- Engage relevant resources, assign tasks, and monitor development progress.-
- Create and maintain operational reporting to support day by day work of the resources involved.-
- Create and maintain managerial reporting to provide Management with different views to allow preparing summary information for the Executives.-
- Guarantee deadlines providing information in a timely manner to all stakeholders.-
- Close collaboration with Content Creators and Content Publisher- Act as a liaison and point of contact for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Digital content and Localization teams to facilitate the development process and help remove roadblocks.-
- Work together with the Digital Library Manager to ensure the collection of user inputs and feedback, incorporating them into the backlog for evaluation by SMEs and addition to the development plan.-
- Coordinate and moderate a biweekly meeting with SMEs, Digital and Localization team to update on the status of the development.-
- Support Content Manager in:
- Content Quality Assurance: review published assets via different media (Digital Library, Knowledge Base, Instructor-led course)-
- Managing additional tools and platformsJob qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Digital Humanities, Digital Communication or related field- Fluency in Italian and English (at least C1 level)- 2 years of experience in Content Management and Content Production- Prior experience with Process Management tools such as Atlassian Jira is a plus- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills- Excellent attention to detail, sense of ownership and proactive attitude towards the role- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a broader team- Strong collaboration skills- Open-minded and open to interact with people from different background and cultures
