We are looking for a Digital Consultant to be employed in our Milan office.
Digital Consultant will support clients reach their business goals by managing their digital performance strategy and execution.
Job Description: Key responsibilities:Focuses on day-to-day executionProvides day to day implementation, optimization and upload of client campaigns through direct inputLiaises with vendors and third party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betasInterprets performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectivesGenerates campaign reports and is responsible for pacing, QA and traffickingYou will:Autonomous planning and management of paid search campaigns, (keyword list, copy creation, daily optimizations, reporting, account set up on Google Ads, Bing), paid social (Meta, TikTok, Twitter) and display performance campaigns (networks, affiliation, DEM, retargeting, etc) including but not limited to brief understanding, strategy definition, budget split on media vendors, payout negotiation, media plan creation, booking, ad creative delivery to media vendors, social account set upAssist with client interactions including reporting, meetings, QBRs as neededAlways maintain a strong focus on clients' KPIs and is eager to find ways to meet targetsBe in charge of liaising with the client on all digital activities and trendsEnsure best practice and innovation in all activitiesBuild strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teamsQualifications:2+ years of experience in digital campaigns managementExcellent knowledge of search and social advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, Twitter)Good knowledge of display performance media vendors and technologiesExcellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)Knowledge of conversion optimization practicesFamiliarity with Ad Serving and Analytics technologiesAnalytical mindset and financial acumenGood level of English language, both written and oralPersonal Specification/Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplar customer serviceEffective time management and project management skillsTeam working and collaborative attitudeIf necessary, able to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practicesIf you believe you match these skills, please apply!
