DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Receive jobs from sales team, plan, schedule and communicate Assemble project material orders and place orders with suppliers Schedule timing with customer and coordinate crew and material timing Champion all customer communication on scheduling, project timeline updates, in-progress job updates, warranty concerns and more Assist in the creation and tracking of change orders Set up and maintain electronic project files in the company CRM Assist with maintaining and creating department procedures Collect, organize and prepare all project closeout documents Drive department KPIs driving customer experience SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional customer service skills and high ability to communicate with customer and other team members Able to be highly organized and utilize technology and software to streamline your day-to-day job duties Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills Precision and attention to detail Must have a valid driver's license Industry knowledge is a bonus but not a requirement Must be honest, humble, hungry and hone-able!
