If you are looking for a professional experience where you will be responsible for managing and supervising all Construction activities of the Energy Business Unit of our client in Italy, with a focus on engineering and construction projects for photovoltaic plants (EPC) and on Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing and supervising all Construction activities of the Energy Business Unit, ensuring quality, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction in the execution of each project.Lead, motivate, and develop the team in Italy, aligning human resources with strategic and operational objectives.Support in the search and selection of profiles and monitoring of new hires.Coordinate different Site Managers overseeing all projects, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives in EPC and O&M projects.Support Contract Management tasks in accordance with our client's standards and compliance with contractual requirements.Coordinate the Construction phases of photovoltaic projects, from planning and design to execution and closure.Support the local team in the development of the project during the initial and execution phases.Assist in resolving problems with Italian administrations (permits, delivery of documentation, etc.
).Define project execution strategies with local partners.Analyze problems in the construction phase and implement corrective action plans.Oversee project risk management, including implementing corrective action plans.Act as a point of contact for the Spanish HQ in Italy, establishing and maintaining relationships of trust with subcontractors, suppliers, and other strategic partners.Identify opportunities for collaboration with partners and subcontractors in the Italian market.Support in closing contracts and resolving problems with subcontractors.RequirementsTraining: Degree in Engineering (preferably in Energy, Civil, Industrial, Electrical or related areas); MBA or postgraduate degree in project management is valued.Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management specifically in Construction and EPC and O&M project management.
Experience in photovoltaic plant projects is highly valued.Geographical Mobility: National and international, as required by the projects.Skills: Experience in Project Construction and Optimal Construction Strategies, high leadership capacity, negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, advanced knowledge in contract management, project planning, and cost control in EPC/O&M projects.
