As a Communication Specialist within the Food Business Unit at Bolton, you are essential in defining a narrative for all non-commercial target groups to drive clear, impactful internal and external communications that strengthen corporate alignment, brand values, and Bolton leadership in the seafood industry. Your work ensures that employees, partners, and external stakeholders stay informed, engaged, and connected with our goals and values.
By delivering strategic communications, you will strengthen Bolton's reputation, build internal cohesion, and support key initiatives within the Food Business Unit.
How your agenda looks like:
Internal Communication: Develop and manage internal communications strategy across the Food Business Unit. External Stakeholder Engagement: Create and distribute external-facing content to inform and engage stakeholders, including updates on corporate projects, sustainability initiatives, and community programs, reinforcing Bolton's commitment to transparency and corporate responsibility. Corporate Event Support: Plan and execute corporate events, such as town halls, conferences, and webinars, ensuring consistent, engaging messaging that aligns with our Food Business Unit's strategic objectives. Crisis Communication: Assist in developing communication strategies and drafting responses for sensitive issues, ensuring clear and timely information to both internal and external stakeholders. Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of internal and external messaging, providing insights that inform improvements and enhance engagement across the Food Business Unit. This position reports directly to the Senior Communications Manager of Bolton Food. There are no direct reports for this role, but you will work closely with all departments.
How you look like:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Work Experience: 3-5 years in communications role, preferably within a multinational environment or a communication agency. Technical Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content for diverse audiences. Experience with digital communication tools. Proficiency in event planning is a plus. Local Language: Italian (required); proficiency in English is also essential. Knowledge of Spanish is beneficial.
