Reporting to the Head of External Communication, Media Relations & CSR, the person delivers communication plans, projects and narrative with focus on Corporate, Wholesale Banking & CSR areas.Proactively proposes and promotes relations, narrative, and initiatives of visibility and positioning for defined topics and managers. The communication plans may include: PR visibility, external events participation, content strategy and narrative, presentations, third parties events, other initiatives useful to keep a good reputation and to position the assigned topics.The person teams up with other comms functions like: social media team for Linkedin visibility, media for paid PR, Internal Communication to guarantee consistency between internal and external messaging.In details the professional will be focused on:Contribution to the overall content strategy plan for the bank on the assigned topicsCorporate results: commercial quarterly results ING Italy and financial results support (focal point)Wholesale Banking: focal point for WB to propose, coordinate and develop a comprehensive communication plan according to the growth ambition in Italy,teaming up with global WB functions, local WB team and other functions involved in the execution and leveraging on different communication outputs (i.E. deals visibility and narrative, media relations, senior economist positioning, awards participation, other initiatives according to defined plan, etc.)Representing PR and external comm needs in media planning for the assigned topics, teaming up with the function in order to develop the best paid PR mix (if any) and contents to reach business goalsHR topics: teaming up with HR in the development of communications and initiatives to make ING a top employer, including D&I initiatives, employer branding supportOther corporate topics: support other functions communication according to priorities defined (i.E.
