Commodity Manager Ems/Electronic (M/F/D)

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES Define and implement the strategic sourcing roadmap for EMS/electronic components and aligning procurement goals with the company's long-term objectives.
Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure contracts with favorable terms covering both technical specifications and commercial conditions.Ensure compliance with legal and organizational guidelines while balancing cost-efficiency with supply chain resilience.
Identify and qualify new suppliers based on strategic needs.
Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate technical capabilities, financial stability, and alignment with company standards.
Build and sustain strong and strategic relationships with suppliers to secure consistent performance and high-quality deliverables.
