The Jeantet-Roullet family has been running it since 1925, carrying on the culture of hospitality with more than 90 employees.
The House offers 39 unique rooms, each furnished with antiques from the family collection, a regenerative spa of 1,200 metres, and four restaurants: Le Petit Bellevue, the Bar à Fromage restaurant de montagne, and the Brasserie du Bon Bec. The award-winning wine cellar, cheese cellar, circular vegetable garden, and bakery complete the House, which is part of the Relais & Châteaux Association.
Inside the restaurant, the responsibilities include:
Supporting the chef de partie during the preparation of dishesCreating and presenting dishes in accordance with technical data sheets and instructionsParticipating in the receipt of goods and storageBeing responsible for the quality of workCleaning the workplaceAvoiding waste and participating in inventoriesMinimum requirements include:
Training in the hotel sector or professional coursesKnowledge of the Italian languageAt least one year of experience in gourmet and/or starred restaurants, 4*/5* hotels, or Relais & ChâteauxTechnical knowledge on food preservationA desire to learn, flexibility, and collaborationThe resource will be placed within the family-run Relais & Châteaux residence, which offers a welcoming and hospitable environment, guaranteeing a serene work atmosphere where each collaborator is recognized for their commitment to the hotel's success.
