We are seeking a dedicated trainee to join our team as a Commercial Training Trainee. This role involves structuring and coordinating the entire training program for the Food & Beverage Division in Europe. The key responsibilities include:
Assigns and monitors training programs, assesses results, and implements enhancements as needed. Centralizing all training initiatives for the division. Develops and implements training activities to meet the organization's job requirements. Structuring the training and development system, including skills assessment, training plan, and development pathways. Structuring and standardizing the onboarding programs for all sales roles. Collaborating with sales managers to schedule and organize training sessions as needed. Analyzes employee training needs and develops appropriate new programs. Required Skills and Competencies: Organized and structured approach, with an ability to manage projects effectively (project management qualification is not required). Stakeholder management: Comfortable interacting with various individuals within the organization. Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Team player: Ability to work well in a team environment. Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze situations and come up with creative solutions. Attention to detail: Ability to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in task completion. High level of accuracy and detail oriented. Position Details: Location: Italy or Barcelona (Spain) Contract type: Apprentice/Trainee. Minimum duration: 12 months. Minimum Qualifications: Degree or equivalent in Business administration or similar. Available for a full-time internship contract. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Fluent in English. Fluent in other European languages.
