Aviko's potato products are also particularly popular internationally. As a result, we have a very international team of office staff, who are the first point of contact for the customer. You will be working within the Commercial Services department. The department strives to provide excellent customer service and is responsible for handling the commercial processes for our (mostly) business-to-business customers.
Together with your 2 colleagues you are working on service activities daily, in addition you will take an operational role as Commercial Services Specialist in developing our processes and you will have focus on continuous improvement.

Process customer orders: make sure customer received their orders on time in full
Handle and resolve customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions
In daily contact with the customer proactively handle all service-oriented questions and requests
Collaborating with cross-functional team members and departments (NL, CEE): sales, quality, finance, demand planning
Processing return requests, arranging product exchanges, and managing refunds
Being responsible for data management in our systems: SAP, Salesforce, Zuchetti
Monitor agreed KPIs and build reports to measure and evaluate the performance of the CSC department
Identifying opportunities for process and procedures improvements and suggesting solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
Providing leadership, direction and guidance to team members, setting clear goals and expectations, assign tasks. Ensure that team understand their roles and responsibilities
You are both the business card for Aviko and the customer's ambassador within the organization. As an ambassador, you see it as your challenge and task to give your customers a face within the various internal departments.
Functie-eisen
You have experience in a similar position, where you worked as a specialist/team leader
You speak the language of our clients and therefore have strong communication skills: persuasiveness and tenacity
Affinity with CRM systems and numerical work
You are KPI driven and know how to motivate your colleagues
You have a strong personality and know when to prioritize
Great knowledge of the Italian and English language.
