Department: Italy Home Commercial Planning & Business Development Location: IT, IT Job ID: We are looking for a Commercial Planning & Pricing Specialist to join the Commercial Planning team in our Italy Business Unit.
The team is responsible for the FP&A and commercial planning process of the Italian retail channel and e-Commerce channels.
Responsibilities: Ensure that an efficient planning process is in place, in relation to both financial and commercial scenarios Conduct P&L variance analysis in order to uncover insights and proactively propose gross-to-net trajectories to ensure that the target is achieved Simulate P&L value chains to support both marketing teams to deliver business cases/projects, as well as sales teams to build new customer/product propositions Support the sales teams to maximize the promotional/investment efficiency and advise on any potential value-added opportunity Analyze and understand sell-out data and dynamics to consistently reconcile the sell-in customer performance and use insights as a basis for discussion and customer simulations Be an active participant in emerging IT projects and support the development of more efficient planning and analytical tools What we're looking for: Previous experience in a similar role (sales or finance); Knowledge of retail/e-commerce channels will be considered a plus Strong financial and planning skills and commercial acumen Highly proficient in Excel, Power BI, Powerpoint Flexible and proactive approach Good level of spoken and written English The role is based in Torino and we have a flexible working policy.
