Our client, specialized Japan-originated Pharmaceutical company with a long heritage.
As a global company with our footprint in more than 60 countries, they are dedicated to delivering innovative treatments and digital solutions to our patients around the world.
In order to expand their staff, entrusted to IQVIA the recruitment of a Commercial Operations Specialist who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic and international atmosphere.
LOCATION: Milan RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for local in-market sales data and local implementation of EMEA in-market sales tracking tools.
Implement EMEA segmentation and targeting methodology within Italy in close collaboration with sales management to ensure optimal implementation in market.
Provide insight on ST performance and provide continuous improvement proposals to sales management and GM.
Analyze and report on monthly sales indicators per country/region/territory.
Analyze and reporting on SFE KPI on a monthly basis.
Key point of contact for the development and local implementation of EMEA CRM system.
Act as a CRM expert in close collaboration with sales management and support local training for HQ and Sales teams.
Ensure usage of CRM system is optimized and that call recording and related information is accurate.
Derive insights from this data to inform local decision making.
Responsible for territory alignment and sizing analysis in close collaboration with sales management.
Support supply maximization optimization (SMO) activities.
Provide sales, market, competitor SFE data insights to support country leadership decision making.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS: Business school degree with major in data analysis.
Business proficiency in English.
At least 2/3 years professional experience in commercial area.
At least 1 year with sales force effectiveness experience, ideally in pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge and experience of working with a variety of data sources (eg.
IQVIA) and IT applications (MS Excel, CRM systems, databases, etc.).
Proven track record of SFE implementation and management in Italy.
Proven ability to create insights from competitive intelligence, market research data and translate into commercially relevant information for decision making.
Excellent analytical skills.
Significant experience with project management.
Sophisticated computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel).
