Position and responsabilities You will be responsible for maintaining master data , ensuring all information remains accurate and up to date.
You will actively engage with customers to clarify any inquiries , providing timely and effective support.
You will also collaborate with external collection agencies to efficiently manage outstanding payments.
Your role will involve identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and eliminate inefficiencies , ultimately improving overall productivity.
Furthermore, you will build strong relationships across departments to ensure open and effective communication, supporting smooth operations and collaboration.
