**Purpose of the role.
**
Our team is looking for a **Sales Support Manager to work with a cross-functional team alongside one of Italy's main telco companies.
**
The goal of the Sales Support Manager will be to support the execution of sales within the partnership in collaboration with the partner management team, sales representatives, and the partner itself.
Daily activities might include pipeline management, partner sales enablement, being primary contact for partner's questions, orders and contracts support, event coordination.
**Responsibilities**.
- Forge trusted professional relationships with the partner management and sales team members, as well the telco partner stakeholders
- Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Order Management, Pricing, Deal Operations, Partner Management, Marketing, and other functional teams (e.g.
Sales Engineering) involved in the partnership, connecting the dots and enabling faster decision making and execution
- Support in one or more phases of the deal sales cycle, with possibility to be involved in activities such as: lead generation event coordination, documentation research for objection handling, offer terms definition and approval, booking issue resolution, forecasting and tracking
- Support reporting on business performance against a predefined set of KPIs
**Requirements**:
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to speak and write in Italian and English fluently
- Experience in sale/channel sales, sales operations or other relevant customer-facing role
- Experience collaborating, influencing, building relationships & credibility.
- Ability to do so mediating an internal and external cross-functional stakeholders which might not always have aligned objectives
- Experience working in a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team.
**Preferred Qualifications.
**
- Master's degree, MBA or other advanced degree
- Knowledge of Google Cloud solutions
- Experience working with partnerships
- Experience within the technology industry
- Knowledge of the Italian telco ecosystem
- Experience in program/project management or operations, including managing multiple workstreams at the same time
- Experience in data analysis and data presentation skills
