JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title Clinical Application Specialist IGT (North-West Area) Job Description As Clinical Application Specialist, you will be the ambassador of Philips HealthTech ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets. You will be responsible for creating and delivering clinical education and consultancy services to meet the demands of our customers for both new and existing products owned by the customer. Your Role: Supporting sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, instruments, tools, and organizational skills to maximize our business opportunities. Supporting the commercial presence for customer-facing events to generate new leads/prospects, maintaining good insight in the market to optimize support. Receiving, registering, and providing clinical service support to requests or problems from all channels, communicating solutions or actions in accordance with our regulatory guidelines. Solutions are provided both remotely or onsite, walking clinicians through procedures, assisting remotely, and offering guidance on optimizing the system clinically. Handling complaints (safety & non-safety related) and escalations to ensure accurate and timely analysis, registration, and action. You're the right fit if you have: Graduate degree level as a radiographer/biomedical engineering or equivalent. Prior experience in cardiovascular clinical activities. 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a medical business. Fluent in English and Italian. Strong interpersonal/networking and communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and presentational skills. We kindly ask you to submit your CV in English.
