Clerical Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and organized Clerical Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing essential support to the CEO and handling a variety of clerical duties. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the CEO with various administrative tasks and projects. Manage and schedule doctor appointments for residents. Handle resident enquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain and organize files and records. Coordinate and assist with internal communication and documentation. Perform other clerical duties as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Friendly and professional demeanor. Schedule: Possibly 3 days a week. Specific days will be discussed during the interview process.

Retribuzione: €900,00 - €1.200,00 a settimana
