We enable your best to power our future.Position Summary: We are searching for a Chief of Staff for the President & CFO of Nielsen to work on the highest impact projects, initiatives and workstreams across the Company. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the President & CFO in overseeing and monitoring key projects, ensuring efficient communication, and contributing to strategic decision-making. You will act as a key liaison between the President & CFO and various departments, fostering collaboration and maintaining a cohesive work environment. The President & CFO has a strong track record in transformation and a passion for people & career development.Responsibilities:Spearhead and/or support key projects in partnership with our President & CFO in collaboration with key Finance and Transformation leadersPrepare & collaborate on Company-wide presentations and monthly meetingsLead preparation/content creation for internal and external operating reviewsCollaborate and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the Nielsen ecosystem (Nielsen Executive Committee, Finance and Transformation team, Business Unit Leaders, Lender / Banker community, Private equity sponsors)Act as the central point of contact between the President & CFO and team members, facilitating effective communication and coordination across different functionsDrive continuous improvement in Finance functions (e.g., FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Controllership, etc) through identification of opportunities across people, processes and technologySupport on ad-hoc financial analysis, including financial modeling (forecasting, reporting, cash flow / liquidity modeling) and analytical requestsQualifications:5 - 8 years of total experiencePrior experience in Investment Banking and/or Strategy Consulting & Private Equity requiredStrong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with an executive audience and ability to develop constructive relationships with colleagues across the organizationStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritiesSound fundamentals on financial knowledge, analytical ability and sound understanding of the media ecosystem including some understanding of Nielsen's products and servicesComfort with spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets) is required; comfort with SAP environments is a plusStrong modeling and analytical skills with the ability to tease apart information from data to help inform decision makingExcellent slide / chart building skills (powerpoint and/or slides)Our comprehensive benefits package (including health & wellness plans for full-time employees, 401(k) retirement coupled with a Nielsen match, a generous paid time off policy, and if eligible, a discretionary incentive/bonus) is designed to be inclusive for all employees and families, and we take pride in ensuring that employees are rewarded holistically for the role they are doing and their performance.A reasonable estimate of salary range for a new employee to be offered this role would be between $100,000 - $300,000, which would be adjusted based on each employee's geographic location.
