This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Officer , based in Romania. The incumbent will be responsible to develop and implement recruitment methods focusing on attracting and hiring candidates that aligns with the company's culture and operational needs. The incumbent will craft tailored recruitment campaigns, effectively leverage social media and professional networks, and build strong relationships with potential candidates to create a robust talent pipeline. By managing the recruitment process from job posting to interviewing and onboarding, the Recruitment Officer ensures that the organization is well-staffed with competent and motivated employees, thereby supporting the company's growth and stability. The incumbent will report directly to the General Manager and will have a matrix line to the Western EU Resource Manager. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization. Partner with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job engines/sites/newspapers/social media etc Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc Screen applications and select qualified candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating the interview process. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline. Conduct interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions Facilitate pre-employment checks, including reference checks and background checks, to ensure the reliability and integrity of new hires. Follow-up new employees to ensure the onboarding process is going well Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team managers Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote company's reputation as "best place to work Create and keep updated the page of the company in social media Conclude the employment contracts and appendix with the candidates ensuring both competitive compensation and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Assure support in the yearly evaluation of the company employees Analyse recruitment KPI's, like hiring rate, time-to-hire, and acceptance / refusal reasons, to improve recruitment strategies. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Proven work experience of 5-10 years as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter ) Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (phone, video, email, in-person) Experience with recruitment processes and databases Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills A working knowledge of employment law and legislation Good knowledge of English Ability to travel when required
