As the CEO of Thalia Srl, you will embody the vision and values of our brand and work closely with the other Viken Group companies in delivering a full-service concept to our clients.
Your role is pivotal in driving the company's growth, enhancing our market position, and ensuring our services are at the forefront of the marine industry, especially in the luxury yacht segment.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies that align with Viken Group's overall mission and vision.
Foster a culture of innovation and sustainability within the company.
Oversee the organization's structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals of the company.
Serve as the company's representative to the board of directors, shareholders, employees, customers, and the government.Business Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities, expand our client base, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Represent Thalia Srl (and also Viken Group) at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring Thalia Srl delivers bespoke solutions that exceed expectations.
Leverage your expertise in naval architecture for yachts to effectively communicate the value of our services.Industry Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in naval architecture.
