As part of the Last Mile Services Department , our Central Service Points (CSPs) serve as critical touchpoints for vehicle deliveries, test drives, and customer interactions. About the Role As part of our Last Mile Services , you will join a dynamic team as a Central Service Point Associate , responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences at our service points. Reporting directly to the Last Mile Services Manager , your role will focus on overseeing vehicle deliveries and returns, facilitating test drives, and supporting administrative tasks to help achieve monthly sales and delivery targets. Your contributions will play a key role in ensuring a consistent, on-brand experience for all Lynk & Co customers. What you'll do Co-manage day-to-day work activities at the service point to maintain a smooth workflow. Assist team leaders and the Last Mile Services Manager with administrative tasks as required. Actively contribute to achieving monthly sales and delivery objectives. Oversee and execute vehicle deliveries and returns to ensure a seamless customer experience. Facilitate test drives, ensuring customers are introduced to our vehicles in an engaging and informative manner. What you should have Familiarity with cars and their features is essential. Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a professional setting. Possession of a valid driver's license is required. Strong customer-focused mindset is key.
