About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Category Development Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position is highly strategic within the Baby Food category in the Italian business unit based in Milan. You'll be working in a high performing team, with strong leading brands such as Plasmon / Nipiol, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
In brief, you will be responsible for:
Bring analysis, synthesis and clarity to the business vision on relevant topics to support the strategic direction of the category. Drive the sell-in and sell-out analysis process to ensure proper volume forecast and market share planning. Support the team in preparing monthly business review internal meetings. Responsible for leading the Excellence retail execution process by ensuring target and execution of the perfect store model, according to sell-out and Regional team plans. Responsible for carrying out specific category development and growth projects (shelf, extra display, customer excellence...). Support internal sales team in preparing customer plan and execution of the assortment/distribution sales fundamentals. Qualifications
Hard Skills
Experience in a category development, sales, commercial, or trade marketing role. Demonstrable knowledge of our key data platforms, IRI / Kantar and/or retailer shopper insight platforms. Highly numerate and strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market, category and financial data to identify key trends and recommend creative solutions. Bachelor's or Master's degree ideal. English proficiency is mandatory. Advanced Excel and Power Point skills (power pivot, think cell...). Ability to simplify complex information in an effective way and present to internal stakeholders.
