Responsibilities The Sales Associate is accountable for achieving all the Madrid store sales, profit and service goals while providing a business environment that supports an outstanding experience for clients. The candidate cooperates to guarantee the continuous and efficient operation of the store. The Sales Associate reports directly to the Madrid Store Manager. Main Activities Be a key interface with clients, designers and buyers. Develop new business relationships and identify business opportunities. Provide excellent client services & sales results. Ensure the product display and visual marketing is to the highest and prescribed standard. Guarantee that the store provides best in class luxury experience and outstanding level of hospitality. Support and attend all business events and activities. Support store events to increase sales by ensuring that designers, decorators and clients are invited and enticed into the store. Identify and suggest actions to further expand the company database through client data registration and profiling. Ensure real-time reporting to Headquarter by guaranteeing the use of the company information system and other reporting/CRM tools, providing all relevant information regarding sales quotes, leads, client visits. Provide regular Sales forecasts to the Madrid Store Manager. Experience and Education Bachelor's degree (Design or Architecture preferred); Min 4/6 years of experience in the role; Experience in high-end furniture sales preferred; Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel); Design savvy; Existing relationships with A&D; Proven Sales history. Technical and Soft Skills Excellent customer relations skills; Good knowledge in Sales Forecasting and Sales Pipeline Management; Oriented and proactive approach to achieving the goals; Organizational & problem-solving skills; Ability to manage time and prioritize work; Charismatic, influential, able to impress and attract clients; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-verbal and written; Fluent English, Italian is a plus; Confident with Autocad; Knowledge of other tools (such as Photoshop, 3Ds Max) is considered a plus.
