The Rome Business School is looking for a Head to career center & entrepreneurship.
On the one hand, will lead the Career Center department that it's as a meeting point between the corporate world and the Business School, from where we transfer talent to society.
We help our students to design their career by guiding them not merely for their immediate future, but throughout their entire career.
There is a team of Career Advisors specialised by fields whose responsible will report her/him.
On the other hand, will lead the Entrepreneurship section with the main objective to overseeing the development of entrepreneurship strategies, programming, and staffing that develops the entrepreneurial mindset and skills of our students, alumni, faculty, staff, and community, while enabling the creation and support of new businesses.
What would be your main duties?
- Definition of the RBS Career Services & Entrepreneurship Service Strategy.
- Control and monitoring of two projects: Career Services & Entrepreneurship.
- Control, monitoring, motivation and team management.
- Management and compliance with the Placement ratios of RBS students.
- KPI monitoring and analysis
What would we like to see on your CV?
- Education: Minimum studies Bachelor / Laurea Magistrale (Economics, ADE, Law, Psychology, Humanities, Human Resources)
- Idioms: Italian Native Speaker.
C1+ level of English.
Any additional spoken language will be evaluated as a plus.
- Tools: Excellent use of the Office Package, with particular attention to Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience: 5+ years of significant experience in 5 years in positions of responsibility and team management and experience in the Higher Education sector or in areas of HR.
