Responsibilities:Deploy commodities strategyEnsure project execution in line with QCD objectivesPilot local contractual relationships with suppliersIdentification of project and business needsPreparation and launch of Request For Quotation with suppliers using the standard toolNegotiation of cost reduction with suppliersInputs provider/contributor for order placementEnsure QCD targets achievement, CONQ (Cost Of Non Quality) & claims managementLead supplier QCD performance reviewsManagement of initial issues before escalation to line managerRespect Alstom Transport code of ethics and guidelinesCommodity Support on Site:Consolidation of commodity needsActive participation in commodity strategy and panel elaborationSupport of Commodity Manager in tender phaseRepresent the commodities towards projects, platforms and solutionsEffective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders in problem solvingApply the Alstom Sourcing processes, and provide return on experienceInvolvement in Projects/Tenders:Closely work with sourcing project/tender representatives (Project Sourcing Manager, Tender Sourcing Leader)Ensure work package commitment respectAn agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
