We are looking for a Business & Technology Innovation Consultant for the Centre of Excellence of the Digital Customer eXperience Unit.
You will be part of a powerful network to design service offerings tailored to different market sectors and participate in a broad network of experts to drive innovation within our key clients and prospects, participating in the design of cutting-edge solutions based on multiple platforms to help our clients evolve their business.
Skills We are looking for a Business & Technology Innovation Consultant. The role will have a strong focus on the PreSales activities and will work on:
Relationship with our client, proposing solutions aligned with business priorities and customer technology landscape. Support leadership team in PreSales activities and the delivery team, participating in design phase and governance meetings. Co-operate with our Vendors and Partners. The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
4+ years of experience. Background on CRM and Marketing business and tech strategy. Experience in Business and Technology Transformation programs, business requirements design, deal shaping.
