Business Support Supervisor-Client Service And Delivery

The Role BUSINESS SUPPORT SUPERVISOR CLIENT SERVICE AND DELIVERY WTW is looking for a Business Support Supervisor, inside the Incoming Business Unit, who will support the manager for: 1.Maintaining relationships/ portfolios with existing WTW network client focusing on expanding existing business within the business unit.
2.Maintaining relationship with WTW network and clients about Italian insurance peculiarities 3.Developing relationships with Prospects introduced by WTW network world-wide.
Main Duties: Supporting day to day client service, addressing requests and queries from the client, insurers andWTW network, communicating by voice as well as email (including contract reviews, placement of cover under WTW global programs, negotiation and arrangement of local policies as required, issuance of evidence(s) of insurance and ongoing servicing following placement.
Understanding the client's business and risk management needs and delivering them through the provision of ongoing service Understanding theWTW's global insurance program and utilizing them in accordance with the client HQ's insurance and risk management philosophy Maintenance of information on the client database Supporting the manager onclient / WTW network presentations Supporting the interpretation and review of quotations, to ensure fit for purpose and meet client demands/needs.
Supporting the negotiation of terms and cover alterations with insurers and presentation to the client Completion of reports as required Completion of summaries of insurance for all interested parties (client / network) Supporting the activities with clients, insurers to address and resolve issues Supporting liaison with other divisions/offices of WTW to access specialist expertise and provide local servicing where needed The Requirements Educated to degree level Fluent in English Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the client and insurers.
