COMPANY PROFILE:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for achieving in the defined territory the target assigned by the Construction Equipment Business Director (volumes, revenue, margins, market share), ensuring the right execution of the commercial policy and Business Plan.
Manage/develop the existing distribution network and coordinates the objectives with Parts, Service, Marketing and Credit team members.
He/she manages the business with the objectives of growing sales and market share liaising with dealers/customers and sales and marketing organization.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Agree annual business plan with the dealer, including targets by product line and relevant activity plans, and guarantee its implementation.
- Review progress of the business with the dealer in a regular basis understanding: performance vs. targets, deviations, actions to correct deviations.
- Full understanding of dealers' supply chain: Retails, wholesales, and dealer inventory.
- Monitor retail sales trend and dealer's customer order portfolio assisting dealers on specific actions to improve retail performance.
- Assess the market potential and its trends and propose and execute the required actions to further develop the business and monitor competitors' activity in the Market.
- Enhance dealer capabilities in coordination with ND team.
- Assess channel coverage on his/her territory and propose changes: dealer termination, territory extensions, dealer appointments.
- Provide to central functions input in terms of pricing, sales development opportunities, benchmarking.
- Need to be up to date with products, financial solutions, competitors.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- English fluent
- Financial or Economical Degree or equivalent title / construction equipment background
- Capability to make tough calls when needed
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience within construction equipment business and sales
- Knowledge of selling and negotiation skills
- Coaching aptitude and teamwork
- Results-oriented with a Strong willingness to improve the presence on the market
