Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the implementation of the marketing strategies in Italy to meet business objectives in line with Electrification Global Division approach. We are looking for someone who is able to support the integration of mid-term strategies, capable of discovering cross-division opportunities, supporting our actual Strategic Initiatives Plan. You will be asked to identify market opportunities that are in line with our strategical objectives supporting Marketing & Sales organization in driving growth. The work model for the role is: #LI- Hybrid. This role is contributing to Electrification division in Italy and you will be mainly accountable for:
Forecasting market trends for Electrification Business Area (cross-Divisions): macroeconomics, PNRR impacts, and strategic industry sector trends. Conducting market segments research for electrification market: you will study all aspects in depth identifying the opportunities it offers, the stakeholders involved and the related business models. Supporting divisions and sales team in the evaluation of electrification market potential by application, product families, and geographic location. Competitor Analysis: identifying strengths and weaknesses, tracking main marketing strategies, and sales & marketing campaigns. Supporting lead generation process identifying new specific targets using marketing tools. Supporting implementation of market and brand positioning surveys. Supporting coordination with external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful implementation of all the activities. Qualifications for the role Ability to demonstrate your experience in Marketing as a marketing strategist, or similar marketing role. Highly adept in planning and leading marketing initiatives. You are passionate about leadership skills, creative thinker and data-driven. Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related field. You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.
