**About the Role**:
If you are passionate about our brands and products and have a head for research and analysis, this role might interest you! We are currently looking for a Data Analyst for our Business Intelligence & Analytics department. If you join the team, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and other key players to comprehend company objectives and identify data-driven strategies for achieving those objectives. We are looking for people with the ambition to design and drive business transformation through technology, creativity and vision.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Deriving first insights from data and translating them into business information
- Guide the implementation of an integrated view by merging heterogeneous data and several sources (loyalty cards, retail and consumer panel data, sell-in, media data and other internal/external data sources)
- Proactive identification of stakeholders' needs and opportunities (Shopper/Customer/Activation/Revenue Management) delivering deep dive analysis on customer/retail/consumer/loyalty cards data and provide with key insights for the business strengthening our relationships with our key customers
- Data analysis and visualization through the use of technologies such as data mining, data exploration, Power BI to generate insights that answer business stakeholder questions
- Support the definition of work plans within the team
- Implementation and maintenance of internal databases and systems
- Create and leverage scalable models to activate interactive dashboards and automated reports.
- End-to-end management of analytics projects: from business needs to effective communication of analysis results throughout storytelling presentations
**Who we are looking for**:
- Masters Degree or PhD in Statistics/Economics/Engineering or other closely related quantitative or mathematical discipline
- Strong quantitative background with analytics/ data analysis skills
- 3-4 years of relevant experience as data and business Analyst or insight manager, preferably within FMCG industry/agency/consultancy firm
- Full proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel
- Strong capability in presentation skills and data visualization throughout reports and graphs presentation
- Experience in creating dashboards with PowerBI is a plus
- Knowledge of syndicated data sources in Retail and Consumer Panel fields (e.g. CIRCANA, Nielsen, GfK,)
- Time schedules and management of tight deadlines associated to excellent project management skills
