Biopharmed is the head hunting agency designed to search and select technical and specialized profiles from the Life Sciences world.
Position:
We are looking for a Business Development Senior Manager for an important service company operating in the regulatory field.
Main responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the U.S. market and achieve established growth objectives. Identify, qualify, and manage business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients and strategic stakeholders. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new development opportunities. Participate in industry events and meetings with potential partners to expand the network of contacts. Provide periodic reports on activity progress, achievement of KPIs, and emerging opportunities. Requisiti:
Essential Requirements:
Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or Economics/Business Administration. At least 5 years of experience in sales roles, with knowledge of U.S. market dynamics and industry trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Italian and English. Proven experience in managing the entire sales cycle. In-depth knowledge of the regulatory/pharmaceutical market. Strong proficiency in using business tools such as CRM systems, data management software, and other digital platforms for customer relationship management and performance tracking. Availability to travel to the United States for client meetings and participation in industry events. Altre informazioni:
