Description As Business Development Manager / Strategic Market Manager you will lead the launch of new Digital & Monitoring solutions and drive profitable growth of the global High Voltage Services business. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in business development, business models, and marketing within the electrical engineering or energy sector.
Your key responsibilities
Product Launch: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for new Digital & Monitoring products, ensuring successful market entry and adoption. Digital Business Model: Innovate and develop new business models for the HV Services Digital & Monitoring portfolio. Identify new channels, value chains, and revenue models to monetize the portfolio. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and the competitive landscape for High Voltage services solutions. Stay informed about laws, rules, and regulations driving the energy transition. Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the global market. Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that promote new products and enhance their visibility. Sales Management: Oversee the sales process, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals, to ensure revenue targets are met. Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze the performance of business development and marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals. Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and promote the business. Your background
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in business development and marketing within the electrical engineering or energy sector. Skills: Strong understanding of high voltage services market dynamics. Excellent strategic planning and project management skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing tools.
