**Business Development Representative I or II**:
- The Specialty Clients Business Development Representative is responsible for building trusting relationships with our program partners to become the main point of contact for a multitude of business development responsibilities.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Develop partner relationships with new and existing key program administrator contacts
- Work closely with Account Managers to reinforce mutual commitments and deliver expected results.
- Liaison between the Specialty Clients and Producer Management Departments
- Facilitate daily account maintenance activities which include new agent setups, agent changes, terminations, books of business transfers, and reporting
- Manage contractual agreements, producer licensing, agency appointments, product authority, and service levels ensuring both accurate and compliant execution
- Fulfill compliance and control obligations for partner licensing validation and adherence to the approval process
- Participate in monthly partner business development calls with the Account Managers and facilitate calls if Account Manager is unavailable
- Develop monthly call / visit agendas
- Provide support for all program partner relationships
- Prepare annual planning agendas and participate in the planning meetings
- Identify and facilitate training needs of account to ensure maximum production and profitability
- Participate in business development efforts, such as promoting growth of existing partnerships as well as assisting in onboarding initiatives for new key accounts during the Evaluation, Exploration and Implementation phases of the Due Diligence Process
- Provide reports from Cognos as needed to support production and/or licensing data needs
- Support agent/call data entry and use in CRM or SharePoint
- Travel and participate in periodic visits to key accounts

**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or other demonstrated competencies consistent with position requirements- Polished oral & written communication skills; Ability to interact with diverse external accounts & internal business units
- Familiarity of off-system program administrator business model
- Ability to schedule & prioritize work demands & multi-task to advance initiatives
- Solve problems in a complex structure
- Must be able to shift focus quickly while maintaining a strategic mindset
