Business Development Manager - Photovoltaic

Tailor&Fox - your HR Business Partner - for A Multinational that operates in the photovoltaic sector -, to strengthen its internal structure, has asked us to search for the following professional profile: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop a Greenfield portfolio in accordance with the budgeted volume and with the input parameters Manage legal, technical, and administrative tasks with support from internal and external teams Review and finalize contracts, including co-development agreements, land lease/purchase agreements Supervise/execute the whole permitting process until the granting of the Final Authorization, including the connection works and liaison with grid operators REQUIREMENTS : 5 years minimum of proven experience in development of utility scale raw land PV plants in Italy Strong knowledge of the greenfield development process, including connection works and liaison with the grid operator Proficiency in financial modelling Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational skills demonstrated by clear and effective project plans and executive level reporting to ensure timely action and decision making in time-pressured scenarios Languages: English essential – Fluency in French would be an asset Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field Workplace : Rome.
