Job Description: Reporting to the Business Division, you will reinforce the Italian team in sales development. Thanks to your network and experience, you will be familiar with local players in the field of Datacenter, Critical utilities and Pharmaceutical, Cosmetical, Food and Wine and Spirit industries. Your main tasks will be: Develop offers to build the right sales strategy with high added value for customers Manage and develop your network and your business development activities Build customer loyalty by listening to their needs Conduct negotiations with business leads or customers, identifying all the issues involved in the project with a view to signing the contract Accompany the customer throughout project implementation Work closely with Delivery department to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Degree from a Business or an Engineering school 10+ years' experience in a Business Development position on design and construction projects Strong skills on business plan organisation and negotiation. Proactive, autonomous and organised individual with strong interpersonal skills enabling you to enjoy multicultural teamwork. Fluent in Italian and English Why Join?
