Business Development Manager – Indirect Channels He/She will be responsible for leading and ensuring the achievement of network targets (public and private), through indirect sales channels.
Main Responsibilities: Implement and develop channel strategies to maximize development opportunities and achieve targets;Identify and recruit new partners (agency, brokers, etc.);Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing support and training;Monitor channel performance, track KPIs, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for optimizing channel effectiveness;Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of channel strategies with company targets.Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field;At least 5 years of experience in the energy market (experience in the EV market will be a plus);Proficiency in English;Target-oriented, availability to work in a team;Self-driven and capable of quickly learning new products, processes, and systems; knowledgeable about the market and competitors, allowing him/her to identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators, and establish strong relationships to acquire and retain a book of business to meet and exceed goals;Good record-keeping and organizational skills;Ability to travel.Our job offers are open to candidates of all genders (L. 903/77) – Aegis Srl, AUT.
