We have more than 40 employees located in 9 countries: Belarus, Brazil, Cameroon, India, Italy, Moldova, Nigeria, Portugal, and the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities
What do we expect you to take the lead on:
Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services. Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization. Generate leads and cold call prospective customers. Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone. Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients. Understand the needs of your customers and respond effectively with a plan to meet these needs. Think strategically by seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business. Work strategically by carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes. Draw up client contracts, depending on the size of the company. Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them. Ensure staff are on board throughout the organization and understand the need for change and what is required of them. Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department. Seek ways to improve the way the business operates. Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate. Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world. Negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers when necessary. Increase sales of the business. Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to senior management/the board of directors. Contribute to the development of the business sales and marketing strategy. Minimum Requirements
5 years of experience in a related field in marketing and/or relationship management capacity. Previous experience in a Business Analyst/Programme Manager role. B2B international experience (in the IT sector would be an advantage). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Advanced English level. Good knowledge of the IT market and Software Development Life Cycle. Very good negotiation and sales skills. Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets. An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and ongoing communication with customers and business associates. Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients. Written and verbal communication skills for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills. IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets. Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work. The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload. Project management and organizational skills. The ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals. The ability to think strategically. The ability to analyze sales figures and write reports. A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch. What we offer
