The primary focus of the Manager, Sales and Marketing will be the development and management of JL13 Concept Inc's prospect portfolios for new markets, as well as fully exploiting business expansion opportunities for the new market. The role ensures JL13 Concept Inc. is well positioned to nurture new client relationships.
The Manager, Sales and Marketing shall bear the designation of Business Optimization Manager – Sub Saharan Africa and shall report directly to the CEO of JL13 Concept. Their major job description includes:
Develop promotional materials for delivery to clientsHire, train, direct, and motivate staffManage contracts and ensure delivery on Purchase AgreementsDrive JL13's foray into the new marketPlan and control budget and expendituresAssist in product development and evaluate marketing strategiesEstablish distribution networks and conduct market researchMaintain and manage digital databaseImplement policies and procedures ensuring complianceCoordinate and review projects and programsOversee data analysis and report preparationAdvise senior managementOrganize committees and working groupsDevelop and implement communication strategiesEvaluate daily operationsSupervise staff or teamManage business operations and profitabilityReview product innovations and competitor analysisAssess business opportunities and develop strategiesLead sales team in building client relationshipsDevelop and implement business plansEnsure compliance with government regulationsDirect corporate governance and compliance proceduresDevelop marketing and advertising strategiesCollaborate with specialists for client programsIdentify and assess client marketsDevelop marketing strategies for first mover advantageDetermine contract terms and conditionsManage training and development strategiesAct as an ambassador for cooperation in business growthIdentify prospective partners and develop relationshipsMaximize strengths with local partnersManage relationships with stakeholdersNegotiate community relations agreementsImplement region-wide strategies for success This position requires the supervision of 5-10 people and proficiency in the following software:

Experience in security operations protocol and proficiency in a second West African language will be an added advantage.
